Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Description of the Service

Krown Media is a tool that lets you connect your own third-party social media accounts and create, schedule, publish, and analyze content across them from a single dashboard. The Service acts only on the accounts you connect and only within the permissions you authorize. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Connecting third-party platforms (including TikTok)

When you connect a third-party account such as TikTok, you authorize Krown Media, via that platform's official API and OAuth flow, to perform the actions covered by the permissions you grant (for example, identifying your profile, reading your account statistics, and uploading or publishing content to your own account). You represent that you own or are authorized to manage each account you connect.

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. In particular, when using the TikTok integration you agree to comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms, and the TikTok Community Guidelines. You may revoke our access to any connected platform at any time through that platform's settings or by disconnecting it in the Service.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service and publish it to the accounts you direct. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to publish it, and that it complies with applicable law and the policies of each platform it is published to.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including the terms or community guidelines of any connected platform;
• post or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or harmful;
• send spam, engage in inauthentic or automated abusive behavior, or manipulate platform metrics;
• access accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• misuse, exceed, or circumvent the permissions granted by any connected platform's API.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content and third-party marks), is owned by Royal Nation LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. TikTok and other platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that third-party platforms will remain available or function as expected. Third-party platforms may change or revoke API access at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Nation LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Nation LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including the terms of any connected platform.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or to comply with the requirements of a connected platform or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete or disconnect associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law applies to you. The courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under local law — including, for users in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded, restricted, or modified by these Terms.
